December 24th will mark the end of my 13 incredible years at Joel Robuchon Restaurant and MGM Grand, the time has come for me to say goodbye. This journey has been one of immense growth, learning, and unforgettable experiences. Working within the walls of Joel Robuchon’s renowned kitchen, I’ve had the distinct honor of being part of a legacy that defines excellence in French gastronomy. Under the guidance of the late, great Chef Robuchon, our team has not only upheld but also enhanced the high standards he set, making each dish a tribute to his enduring vision and our shared dedication I am profoundly grateful for the mentorship, camaraderie, and the countless memories created here. To my colleagues, thank you for the teamwork and inspiration. To our guests, your appreciation and support have been the greatest reward. Your feedback has inspired and motivated us. As I embark on my next venture, I carry with me the invaluable skills and insights gained here. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey at Joel Robuchon and at the MGM Grand.
