I’m excited to announce the launch of @knowhere . An app that my incredibly talented friend @zawhatthe and I have developed. The core idea is to take a creative and private approach to connection and location, by letting you know when a close friend is near-by, without ever revealing anyone’s exact location. Over the years, I’ve been very lucky in getting to know so many interesting people. Through their friendship and guidance, I’ve been able to see the world from their perspective, while also sharing mine. At Knowhere, we’ve taken this insight and enhanced the initial product by giving users the ability to share their own favorite places in the world, with their friends. So that when you move around in your home-town, or land in a new city, you can see who of your friends are around (with zero creepiness), and what they think are great things to do, wherever you are. In the App you will see that I have shared what I love and continue to learn, with all Knowhere users. I am equally excited to continue to learn from my friends as well. We’ve put a lot of work into it and have so many exciting visions for the future that we are busy implementing.
