Braised Pork Belly Adobo with garlic rice from Favorite Things in DCA for Festival of Holidays This returning dish is pretty tasty for me. I even had to fight off my kids who wanted more after taking a taste. Salty, savory, garlicky, and melt in your mouth pork belly. Not perfect, but a really nice option for festival theme park food in my opinion.
