A special Six Course Chef’s Tasting Menu prepared and served by OyBar Chef/Owner Jeff Strauss. Limited space available outside at “Vey” our new patio bar. 16 guests per night. Seatings at 6:30 and 8:30 by reservation only through the OyBar Resy site (link in bio).

First “Pickled” Smoked Daikon, Spicy/Dill & Garlic Green Beans, Tumeric Watermelon Rind, Baby Corn
Second “Toasted” (on Toasted Bub & Grandma’s Baguette) Choose one: Spicy/Smoked Halibut with capers, cucumber & dill or Yakitori Chicken Liver with hot honey, egg yolk, chive
Third “Chilled” Munak Ranch Heirloom Tomato Tower with yuzu, labneh, shiso, red onion, everything spice
Fourth “Filled” Korean Corn-Cheese Agnolotti sheep’s milk ricotta, gochujang butter
Fifth “Grilled” Choose one: Wanderer Beef Strip-loin with maitake mushroom tobanyaki persillade
or Pan-Seared Wild King Salmon with market greens, calamansi-black-pepper hollandaise
Sixth “Sweet” Bourbon-Vanilla Ice Cream or Strawberry Sorbet with summer stone fruit, fennel pollen, black sesame halva.
