She is far too small to hold her own bottle — her trunk wouldn’t even reach around it! — but that doesn’t stop her from trying. Rokka puts this same, steely determination into everything she does. She is the only girl and the youngest member of our Kaluku orphaned elephant herd, but that only seems to fuel her: From refusing to leave the mud bath to putting the Kaluku boys in their place, Rokka rules the roost.
