The Little C Pop Up is here for a limited time at @crustaceanbh by @chefhelenean features delicious Vietnamese street food bites and a walk up Pho Bar featuring three different kinds of pho. The bites are elevated (we’re in Beverly Hills afterall) but the flavors are authentic (with some twists)! They include things like a Roast Duck Goi Cuon, Goi (Vietnamese salad), Calamari Muc Nuong, Crispy Banh Hoi Wrapped Tiger Prawns and Beef La Lot. As for Pho, they offer Brisket, Filet and Chicken with all the accompanying fresh herb accoutrements. There are even special cocktails like a take on Soda Chanh (fresh lemonade soda) and Vietnamese iced coffee.
