a little reintro, as I welcome some new people here🫶 my name is minna. I'm a neurospicy korean-american 34 year old, who has been sharing her life on the internet (for 10 years now!) through writing and content creation. naturally, I've grown and evolved a million times over since then. I have multiple chronic conditions (hashi's, endometriosis, hEDS), dealt with an eating disorder for a decade, and have had a few surgeries-- which is why I'm so vocal about health. I was a former competitive figure skater, then worked for nearly a decade in the health + wellness industry, as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and started in it before it became the behemoth monster that it is. I'm a big advocate for taking your health into your own hands, but not in the drink raw milk and ignore science kind of way. I'm the type of holistic *wellness girlie* that loves TCM, acupuncture, and infrared therapy, but am very grateful for western medicine and I love science. once a new yorker, always a new yorker (lived there for 14 years), but I spent the last 2 years in LA, then moved to new jersey last spring-- and have been surprised to love it as much as I have. my husband (I often refer to him here as J) and I got married last year, have been together for 6. I'm grateful every day for the love we found and relationship we've created. we have the cutest 4 year old son in the world, benny, who brings endless amounts of joy, personality, and corgi hair into our lives. I make excellent pourovers, mezcal margs, and kimchi, in equal measure. I cry over dog videos on the internet. I'm the most graceful, yet clumsy person you'll ever meet. I could easily curl up with my kindle alone for a week and be content. I have a dozen books in my head that I'd like to finally write. I think cilantro is the devil, but olives have recently made their redemption arc.
