This is one of my favorite things to make for lunch or dinner. Grilled Chricken rice bowls: Chicken tenders seasoned with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, roasted garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric let that marinate for 30 minutes to an hour before you grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side in olive oil. I sautéed red onion ,green bell pepper and orange bell pepper seasoned with a little bit of salt and pepper. I use Vigo yellow rice, cucumber mango avocado tomatoes seasoned black beans and pinto beans.
