Push it to the limit! NEW PR in this journey: Current body weight: 176lbs Current back squat: 255lbs Goal: 300lbs 255 felt phenomenal today and I’m sure I could have done more. I didn’t want to push my body too far too fast though so I obeyed the program and stopped right there. Next weeks will get heavier each workout which I’m more than excited to do and share the progress. I’m a squat addict now ! Love them! Still on 7 servings of @perfectamino per day but figured out today that I have to increase my calories once more! Haven’t done the math yet but I guess I’ll end up around 2750ish
