Happy Autumn Equinox which happened at 02.04 UK time yesterday - when the sun rises directly in the east and sets directly in the west marking the official end of summer and start of autumn 🍂 (in the Northern Equator, and winter to spring in the Southern Hemisphere). One of only two times (autumn and spring equinox) each year when daylight and darkness are in near-perfect harmony everywhere on Earth. From here on in the days get shorter and the nights get longer until the winter solstice. This weekend I’m honouring the seasonal transition with a quietish, grounded-ish, easy to digest-ish Cleanse + Reset (link in bio). An intention to follow a plan knowing that what we plan for ourselves isn’t always what life has planned for us! But a plan none the less!
