This is my haircare routine post-shower for hair loss, hair growth and reverse/prevent greying. It also helps with dryness, frizz, heat protection, and getting the blown out look without the work. TIPS *Focus on blow drying around the scalp first and then work out to the ends *If not styling the hair, blow dry 80/90% of the way and then air dry the rest *Work product between fingers before combing through hair PRODUCTS @Kitsch LLC Mickey & Minnie Satin Wrapped Hair Towel — this is great for reducing frizz and quick drying. Best for dry, damaged hair. @VT Cosmetics US Reedle Shot 300 — this serum is incredible for the scalp (it can also be used on the face). When paired with my hair growth serums, I noticed a 10x result with my hair growth serum. If your scalp is sensitive try the 100 to start out. @SickScienceLabs PowerCycle Scalp Treatment — This serum works fast to stimulate new baby hairs along my hairline and thicken my overall hair. It uses a patented exosome technology. It works best for towel dried, slightly damp clean hair. @Arey To The Root — I tested out another anti-greying serum by Living Proof, but found it didnt work as well as this one, so I’m back to Arey. I take their hair supplements daily and notice a big improvement in hair thickness with them. @K18 Hair Molecular Repair Mask — this protein mask is GOOD, but I do like the @Living Proof, Inc. Triple Bond Complex better because in addition to strengthening the hair the LP one has ingredients to smooth and add shine and softness. I ran out of the LP one so I’m using K18 which is good, but not great imo. @Bumble and bumble. Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil Long Last Styling Cream — B&B makes the best heat protectants out there. I love this blow dry cream. Makes my hair soft and it keeps my hair style in place for longer. A little goes a long way. @T3 Aireluxe Professional Hair Dryer — I love this hair dryer... I know the Dyson is great but I find this one dries my hair faster and the air flow is easier to control. @Mane Haircare It’s Giving Body Thermal Round Brush — I’m OBSESSED with this heated round brush. I wish that we were able to adjust the heat setting because 355F is pretty high, but it works quickly smoothing frizz, adding shine and giving me a blown out look without much work.
