Had the most amazing time hanging in the kitchen and visiting our amazing guests at tables during last night’s special dinner celebrating the gift and bounty of NC’s summer corn. What an honor to work next to our incredible PSP crew (wall to wall #badasses ). Here are a few snaps from the evening... the lead off photo was my fave bite of the night... Fresh rigatoni with sweet corn-parm fonduta, caramelized oyster ‘shrooms, confit’d tomatoes, and heirloom cornmeal-corn nut crunch! Join us (well, anytime, but also...) for our next ingredient celebration on Monday, August 29th... PEPPERS!!! 🌶🫑 (also, the last pic is the crew grabbing a pre-shift disco nap so we could bring tha noise!!!)
