Valentine's dinner at home, a last word cocktail using @faccia_brutto_spirits Centerbe because I recently learned the cost & rarity of chartreuse (but this Centerbe was the perfect substitute & maybe my new favorite spirit), and a Bon Iver record spinning to pair with the drink inspired by my Booze & Vinyl cocktail book. Dinner details below♥️ Lamb Roulade stuffed with a Preserved Lemon Gremolata - I paid my first visit to & got my lamb loin roast from @moethebutcher! A cheesy on the inside crispy on the outside Feta + Yukon Gratin and a Whipped Feta Fondue for even more cheesy gooeyness. And a side of Fondant-ish Carrots sitting in a Spiced Carrot Ghee Jus and topped with a sweet + sour Pistachio Date Dukkah Agrodolce. If you've ever had the ghee dates from @hudabrooklyn, this may or may not have been inspired by that.
