Last month I found these 4 Yamaha speakers on the curb in front of one of my rich neighbors’ house. Scoop them up and start sourcing everything I needed to use them. Got a bitchin Sony receiver, a screaming deal on an open-box 10” sub and some nice speaker wire. Now I have a stereo that knocks pictures off the wall and I only spent $100. I have had a habit in the past of picking up hobbies then, as a beginner, insisting I have the nicest whatever. You know, like a douche. Getting this together for nothing honestly felt better than I expected.
