In celebration of Hakkasan in Bloom, @hakkasanlondon partnered with award-winning English wine producer @nyetimber for an exclusive wine dinner hosted by Executive Chef Andrew Yeo (@art2chef) at Nyetimber’s estate in the heart of Sussex, England. The menu, specially created to showcase the best British ingredients used in Hakkasan’s Cantonese dishes, was paired with wines from Nyetimber’s exceptional portfolio.
