Steak tacos for dinner tonight 🥩🌮 RECIPE: flank steak marinade- 1.5 lbs flank steak cut in cubes. 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, brown sugar, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, smoked paprika, ground coriander, pinch of cayenne, 2 tablespoons oil pickled onions- cut 3 red onions. in a pot heat up 2 cups of water, 2 cups of white vinegar, 1/3 cup cans sugar, 2 tablespoons sea salt. add to jar and set aside to cool before refrigerating poblano crema- 1 pound poblanos (broiled for 15 minutes). peel skin and blend with 1/2 cup crema, handful cilantro, pinch of salt, 2-3 cloves or minced garlic, 2 tablespoons lime #easyrecipe #easydinner #mealprep #steaktaco #letscook #dinner
