Red Snapper for my Dad- as a kid, the only fish we rly ever ate was from Captain D’s or Long John Silver’s. (Still love) Tonight I wanted to make him something a little different :) First I cooked the fish in @partannabrand olive oil then steamed with wine, tomatoes, green garlic and a light fish stock. DAD approved!!!!
