WELL the last night of this leg (3) of the TOMLIN X UNITED Tour of 2022 was made even sweeter by the surprise arrival of my parents from Australia (!!!!) We had planned for my mums 70th birthday last year a ‘White ❄️ Smith Family Christmas’ (as Lesley is the Christmas Queen #IYKYK) for December 2022, but unbeknownst to me they had been planning for weeks to fly A-LOT earlier to hear me open for our final worship night in Charlotte 🥹😭🥲🙌🏻 I was shocked, undone, grateful and so very humbled that they would come. Thank you Mum & Dad for coming 🥲 and for all the piano lessons - I hope it blessed you last night even more some how than it blessed me to have you here 💜 And thank you to Ben, Abbey, Webby and Shez for helping make this all happen so smoothly and sweetly! Some of my favorite parts of this video are my brothers reactions 🥹 In particular @mattycrocker & @jadgillies1 laughs, @jdougy ‘s shock (watch it afew times it’s too good ha), @benjaminwilliamhastings late laugh to @lukeawebb ‘s commentary and to Webby’s point yes - I think my Dads favourite part of the night was indeed @christomlin ‘s set ha!! Well, maybe second favourite 😉 And thank you to @samscarce for catching this all on record 🎥 like you have done so every night for us all. We are better for having you here my friend!
