Guess it’s time to switch to GoodLife. 🤣 Sweating it out at the gym is good for you, bad for your healing brows. For great healed results the brows need to form a scab, and the scab needs to naturally exfoliate on its own. To form a scab the area needs to be kept dry, especially for the first 48 hours after you get your brows tattooed, then you can start cleansing with aftercare soap and water. Sweating means excess moisture on the brows, resulting in uneven retention as well as pigment migration - aka your hairstrokes will heal fuzzy/blurry instead of crisp. For crisp healed results, keep the area dry and lightly moisturized with thin layers of your aftercare balm. The only time the brows should be wet is when you wash them AM/PM, then pat dry, and apply a thin layer of aftercare. You can start sweaty exercise again after all of the flakes have naturally exfoliated away, usually 7-10 days after your treatment. Have a question about the healing process? Ask me in the comments!
