A room is given meaning by who and what is brought into it. It is the people who bring life and vibrance into a space. Metamorphosis honored that notion. It was a gathering and exploration of how a room can be a place of transformation brought to life in collaboration with @DrinkOffHours. Our talented bartenders Aileen Chacon and Douglas Romero of @mayas.cart concocted a delicious menu featuring Off Hours, a smooth bourbon with hints of vanilla and rich notes of cinnamon.
