Lizzo works out regularly, does 2hour shows where she’s running across the stage while singing and eats mostly plant based.... but y’all insist you’re worried about her “health” while a more conventionally attractive Saweetie gets applauded for eating obscene amounts of junk food... obese men who breath heavy during child molestation “comedy skits” drag her for clout.... and emotionally unstable rappers who skip their bipolar meds (while rocking dad bods).... insult HER for promoting an “unhealthy lifestyle.” 🤦🏾‍♀️ And shout out to the Pick-Me’s and all sizes of women who have neurotic feelings about their own weight and as a result chime in to add to this noise as well. And let’s also not forget the broke and/or unsuccessful brand of “Nice guy”misogynists with much less attractive, less impactful and/or less talented girlfriends who insist that they don’t “get” why Lizzo is doing so well in life. But want us to believe that has nothing to do with the fact that they don’t know how to show basic respect to women they wouldn’t personally fuck. (Or at least wouldn’t admit to fucking in front of their boys) 😒 You’re ALL full of shit. And it ain’t got a damn thing to do with Lizzo the person. It’s about what she represents. So since this is a fresh week (I.e. fresh start), how about EVERYONE just admit that because the world is used to having the power to make even the thinnest “baddie” feel inferior.... that’s REALLY why attractive fat women who are successful, healthy and like themselves scare y’all so much. We basically represent what it looks like when misogyny and fatphobia (which is historically steeped in anti blackness btw) is truly ineffective. And most of you don’t like feeling like anyone is immune from the same self loathing beauty standards that YOUR coon asses subscribe and pander to regularly. In a nutshell: this tired ass discussion about Lizzo’s body is just giving folks another opportunity to reveal how much they secretly (or not so secretly) hate liberated Black women.
