It's very easy to mentally walk into the week thinking you've got to carry it all. Leads to overwhelm, anxiety & you're less likely to do what you would like to do.

✴One cause for us feeling like we have to carry it all, is when we do not plan out what and when. I myself, without a plan can feel lost & end up getting into a pickle.
.
✴When I notice I feel this way, it's a reminder to sit for 5 minutes to realistically plan the day & week out in small steps. I find it so much easier & enjoy ticking off each small step.
.
✴Try not to give yourself a hard time about this, give a plan a go. Give yourself a kind voice & ear and try to enjoy the journey.
.
✴In my step by step plan I always include 'to be' time. It is a priority.

🏖A mini break
🙏for a breathe and release of tension
🌳For taking a look out of the window
🚶♀️At least a 10 minute walk outside
🍶A glass of water
🎶Something that makes me smile like a song.
Etc.

Joy is a priority. 🙏

Question to reflect upon : Why might you be putting too much on your plate?
.
✴The reason might be the actual cause for overwhelm. & anxiety.
For example : Fear is a cause for anxiety & a motivator. I fear, I'm not doing enough, that I will disappoin, must do more. I fear what happens if I stop, so I fill up with things to do. Etc.
.
To prevent anxiety is to understand what is causing it & work through and out of the fears. 🙏 You might find relief there.
