About yesterday......#BeautifullyBrutal is the tagline for the Pen Llyn Ultra Series. No lies were told!! What an incredible day. Stunning beach sunrise and medal presented by @lizmccolgan at the start line and off I went. The hills were BRUTAL, and humbling. My run crew were insane I really felt all the hands on my back with messages of support throughout. Obvs live #pelotonstudios classes were taken - @jermainejohnsonuk your live shoutout meant the world at the halfway point 🥰. @susie_chan_ - the skirt was SUPERB! Not much food was going down, but the aid stations were so well stocked. Thanks to the incredible volunteer that mixed my #tailwind hydration for me at mile 20 when my fingers weren’t behaving🥹. After the @hannahfrankson class and whooping friends at #PSL as I went through 42.2km, my playlist went on and the soundtrack was my first playlist song. Finished to ‘fall at your feet! 🤣, which was apt. Had some time to recover before going back to cheer Marion in. A memorable day! @the_huwwilliams - you know how to throw a party 🙏
