Earlier this year, she enrolled in a WFP-supported nutrition programme at her local health center. Food prices have skyrocketed in Mali in 2022 – hitting widely popular cereals such as sorghum, millet, maize, and rice particularly hard - and pushing food out of reach for the most vulnerable families. WFP is committed to supporting women, men, and children in need with emergency food assistance.
