beyond grateful for my people that stood by me. yesterday was extra special 🥺 one of the most beautiful and hardest lessons i have ever went through. it brought my attention to this so please read: we are expected as athletes of all different kinds to show up no matter what. no matter what is happening at home, as your other job, in your mental space, physical space, no matter what, we show up. we wipe our tears in the car and move about our day at practice, we see stars after a hard dance and we move on and don’t look into why. yes that’s our job and yes we wouldn’t trade it for the world. but please check in on your people. this is your reminder that it’s okay to feel all the things you need to heal. it’s okay to pause for a moment to take care of YOU!! the quicker you take care of your health, the quicker you can get back to it🤠 I LOVE DANCE MY GOODNESS #nflcheerleader #dcc #americassweethearts #dallascowboyscheerleaders
