Since I started drag I have always been inspired by glamour, theatricality and things that make people feel/think something. When I saw a photo of Diana Ross’ look from her performance of “Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair” I knew I wanted to create my own version of that moment. Despite being more tired than ever, drag has given me the chance to become an artist that younger me didn’t always believe was possible, and a platform to make an impact in my community with. I’m grateful for everyone that has supported me and pushed me to be better in any way.
