September is Self-Care Awareness Month and in this special workshop with @jennikayne and @dr.zelana we learned that flowers are the ultimate form of self-care and self-love! 🥰 At this outdoor flower arranging class, we created beautiful, seasonal arrangements while exploring the abundant mental health benefits of nature. 🌾 You too can practice self-care with flowers: 💐 pick up some flowers at the market, ✂️ grab your favorite vase and floral shears, and 🌸 let your creativity bloom! Flowers are known to stimulate “happy brain chemicals,” making this process therapeutic as you enjoy a state of flow. 💜
