It’s taken me some days to process all that has happened over the last couple weeks, but somehow it all still feels like a dream. I got COVID days before moving into theater for this program, and didn’t believe I’d recover in time to perform. With support from the dancers, my friends and family, I beat it just in time to make it on stage for the last two shows, and the ballet’s gala. We really made this program happen despite all of the chaos behind curtain, and I’m so so proud and feel so lucky to have danced alongside of y’all.
