Tonno Crudo ~ A gorgeous representation of how superb quality ingredients embody the spirit of summer flavors and textures. We can’t resist the crisp firm flesh of the @KashiwaseFarms Ebony Rose Pluots contrasted with the fatty, semi-soft flesh of the Hamachi.
