I’ve honestly been gatekeeping this spot for a while because I love it so much. It’s Tokyo’s most vibey live-fire fruit cocktail bar, hidden on the second floor in Ebisu. The whole place feels like a theatre. Super dark except for the open flame in the center, where chefs grill vegetables, mushrooms, and dried snacks over charcoal while everyone quietly watches. Ingredients for both food and drinks sit beautifully in baskets—you pick what you want, and they turn it into small bites or seasonal fruit cocktails that taste light, smooth, and almost like a dessert smoothie. Every sound (the fire crackling, the cocktail shaking) adds to that cinematic rhythm. The drinks are fruit-forward and more like desserts, so don’t expect anything too boozy. I’ve tried the strawberry, pear, sweet potato and cantaloupe.
