📢📓We’re super excited to announce our #PowerOfHair Schools Programme! 📓📢 Our recent study found that 9 in 10 Black people in the UK (93 per cent) have faced microaggressions related to their Afro hair, and school was highlighted as the most common place where the discrimination took place. The #PowerOfHair programme was created in partnership with @ideasfoundation with the aim to promote hair confidence and increase understanding of Afro hair in schools. We have already reached over 1,400 students via our workshops and to help drive further impact, we have made the workshop resources available to all schools to download for free.
