In this life we all need mental toughness. Life circumstances may at some point bring us pain, disappointment, heartache, challenges and situations that will test our resilience. Persistence and determination will be required of us to get through these moments of our lives. ๐Ÿ’ฏ Mental toughness means we donโ€™t fold when things get hard we just keep pushing through. Persistence and determination help us to push through but sometimes our mental toughness will be in the form of flexibility and adaptability. When we change our perspective and we become flexible to our situation it can help us get through. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ Life will forever present changes to us, things we cannot control and results we didnโ€™t expect or anticipate. Our mental health could be impacted if we donโ€™t accept what is and adapt to the things life presents. Being flexible and adaptable shows our determination and persistence. It allows us to do life differently. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ Having mental toughness does not mean we should be flexible, adaptable, determined and persistent only, we should also make sure we are practicing self care. We cannot be mentally tough at the expense of our mental health. We must make sure we are taking care of ourselves in the process.
