HOW is it that you are asking yourself to stop thinking about it, you don't want to be thinking about it BUT it's now the only thing you're thinking about.

AMYGDALA
The part of the brain that senses danger, starts the fight flight freeze response, anxiety. This comes on because it's sensed a danger perceived or real, it sends a message to your adrenal glands for stress hormones, you feel edgy, the adrenalin is on. Your amygdala also needs to continue scanning for danger. To judge if the danger is over.

This is a natural human response that has helped to keep the humam race alive all this time. We need it, it's doing a good job. If we are overly stressed with worries, & our bodies are not getting what it needs this can be a cause for anxiety, rightly so, we won't be doing well if we are compromising the mind & body. This is a danger to your health & wellbeing.

So most of us are operating at a level of stress & not really eating well for ourselves. We can help that by reducing stress, eating a balanced diet.
