I needed a pick me up this morning, its shark week & i didnt want to do anything but i made sure to move my body today before work💖 the thing that ppl fail to realize is that nobody’s perfect, a 60sec video online of someone being the best they can be doesnt determine their mood or mental health etc. sometimes you dont want to do anything and thats ok but only YOU know when enough is enough!
