You already know @Indomie Store noodles 🍜 hit... but what if I told you it gets even better? 👀 I bought a 40 pack of their iconic stir fry noodles from @Costco Wholesale and gave them a little upgrade with my go-to recipe hack 🔥 Ingredients 1 pack of Indomie Mi Goreng Instant Stir Fry Noodles 1-2 garlic cloves (minced) 2 tbsp shallot (chopped) 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped) 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 1⁄2 lime juice Recipe 1. Combine garlic, shallot, cilantro, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add Indomie seasoning packets. 2. Heat oil on a pan and then pour over the bowl. 3. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. 4. Mix to combine. 5. Cook Indomie noodles in boiling water for around 3 minutes. 6. Drain water and add noodles to the bowl with sauce. 7. Mix together and top with your favorite toppings like egg, scallions, and sesame seeds. 8.
