Day 21 of my Daniel Fast and I just broke my fast intentionally! My first meal was a Papaya Greek yogurt bowl that included Papaya, Greek yogurt, strawberries, oranges, and granola! After 21 days of discipline, prayer, and focus, it was important to reintroduce food the right way. Papaya supports digestion, Greek yogurt brings protein and probiotics, berries and oranges add antioxidants and vitamin C, and granola provides gentle, sustained energy. Light, nourishing, and easy on the body — exactly what breaking a fast should look like. This fast reminded me that how you finish matters just as much as how you start. I’m grateful for the clarity, discipline, and community that came with these 21 days! If you’ve been on this journey with me... simply Thank you.
