I had to do a picture of some of my 9 pan @hudabeauty mini eyeshadow palette collection with LoveFest in the middle!! 😍 There’s something I get told quite often and that is “your palettes don’t look used” and a question I get asked a lot is “why do you have so many eyeshadow palettes?” To answer the first part, yes. A majority of my palettes aren’t used. I do like to play with them, but my time to myself is very limited. I have 3 children I have to care for and usually during my free time I am either working or doing house chores. I am hoping someday I will have the time to play with my makeup more often. I also receive A LOT of makeup for my job as a content creator and I cannot use it all (maybe I should do a G-away (if I can) I can’t type the word 🤣 if you know you know) For the second part, I collect makeup. Like people collect funko pops or Pokémon cards, I enjoy collecting makeup. Mostly eyeshadow palettes (lately it’s also been lip gloss and lip oils as well🤣). It’s something that makes me happy. And I often see people make fun of those who have eyeshadow palettes that aren’t used and, to put it as nicely as possible, it’s really no one’s business what someone does with the makeup that they used their own money to purchase it with.
