The King Brown Snake - one of the deadliest snakes in the world. I used to collect these when I was 8 and bring them home to Mum in a big bucket to show her my “lizard” to her horror. We’re always teaching Banjo to love, respect & understand snakes, both friendly & poisonous, so he doesn’t do the same to us 😉 The @australianreptilepark is renowned for its Deadly & Dangerous Venom program and the King Brown Snake has the biggest venom yield (can produce 1.5 grams!). When people are bitten they react badly & can die but because of incredible anti-venom programs like this most people survive. It was unreal learning about the process of milking & how the anti-venom is produced, listen in 👍 and we made sure we finished with cuddles from some friendly snakes 🐍🐍🐍
