‘FLUFFERNUTTER’ TOASTER STRUDEL Ingredients: - 1 package (2 sheets) puff pastry thawed according to instructions - 1⁄3 cup fluff or marshmallow spread - 1⁄3 cup granola butter - 1 egg + 1 tbsp almond milk, for egg wash Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2. Unfold the puff pastry on a large sheet of parchment paper and cut each sheet into 6 equal rectangles (12 total). 3. Spoon ~1 tbsp of fluff over 6 of the rectangles and spread, leaving about a 1⁄2” border along the edges. 4. Then, spread ~1 tbsp of @oat.haus Original Granola Butter on top of the fluff on each of the rectangles. 5. Lightly brush the edges with the egg wash mixture. 6. Place the other 6 rectangles over the fluff and granola butter coated rectangles. 7. Use a fork to press and seal the edges. 8. Transfer the puff pastries to the prepared baking sheet, and place in the fridge to chill for 10-15 minutes. 9. Once chilled, brush the tops of each strudel lightly with the egg wash mixture. 10. Bake for 17-22 minutes or until golden brown. 11. Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack. 12. Wait a few minutes and then gently press down the pastries to slightly deflate. 13. If desired, top with extra fluff and place under low broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
