A beautiful day in Zürich for @annabelle_houseofbeauty talking to a wonderful audience about the power of the microbiome. Giving talks in real life just has a different vibe and today I felt it 💥 From lush garden analogies to rice cakes, blue poop test to @indisupplements, the wonders of the vaginal microbiome preparing for birth and how to get hold of @zoe kits asap - we covered a lot and I enjoyed every question and laugh along the way.
