today I finished 75 hard for the second time. I have so many thoughts and words to write about it but for now I will just say this. I am often asked what the hardest part of this challenge is and my answer is the same every time - starting. Anything you decide to do in life is not hard. The decision to start is hard, the rest is just following through with your promise to yourself.
