Today is the anniversary of Patsy Cline receiving her star on the World Famous Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony took place on August 3, 1999. Family, friends and fans came from all over the United States, Canada and even the United Kingdom for the unveiling of Patsy's long awaited placement on Hollywood Boulevard.
