WEAK WEAK WEAK when she asked my body if sympathetic dominance resonated with it. My body said fxck yes. To her letting me try ME support and my body getting out of sympathetic dominance. Meeting Dr. Jess - the creator behind @wplusbydrjess, which when I was so beyond afraid of doctors and practitioners and people I used it to heal myself from Lyme, mold, hashimotos, chronic pain, PCOS, my gut, food sensitivities, my traumas, and more. Stay tuned, exciting things happen with W+ 😲 Hearing Dr Kathy speak the most beautiful things I’ve ever heard about health and bringing me to tears. Meeting my amazing friend Brennan who introduced me to the IHP PROGRAM. Hanging out with Nichole- someone who is so kind hearted and has done more for my career and my family than she even realizes. Hanging out with all the ladies at Gretchen’s house & providing us with such a beautiful spread. Meeting and hugging my friends Josh & Tina. Who I met because Josh shared my reel about me healing and said he loves to see this. Chatting more- he asked my biggest modality and I replied cellcore biosciences. Talking to Danielle and her educating Brennan and I so much + giving me some more insight I need to heal mold deeper. Sitting and spending time with my dear friend Rita! Meeting new friends like Lexi, Jess, and more! Harassing Dr. Darren to give me a chiropractor adjustments bc I thought he was working the booth 😂 Learning from Dr John Kim about cell membranes and trauma responses, even tho he didn’t speak 😂 Learning from Dr shafner more about the fascia and how trauma and pathogens play off eachother. && SO MUCH MORE Love you all. 💖
