After being blessed enough to spend 18 years with this man, fitting his incredible impact into something as small as an instagram post is no easy task. Nonetheless, Pop was nothing short of a hero and role model to us all. As I strive to be the best man I can be, his figure still looms large and sets the precedent. Pop was the most selfless man I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, and that hallmark of his character is reflected in his service to his country, tireless commitment to satisfy those around him, and his unconditional love for our beloved Mema. Pop seemingly always had the right thing to say, and his unfiltered nature made him an absolute riot to be around, no matter the occasion.
