Healthy refined-sugar free banana bread muffins 🍌 Perfect little snack, sweet treat, or pre-workout fuel! What you’ll need: -3 bananas (I used 5 small ones from our tree!) -3/4 cup Greek yogurt -2 cups oat flour (can also blend up oats to make flour) -2 eggs -1/4 cups maple syrup (I did a bit less to make it less sweet) -2 tsp baking powder -1 tsp baking soda -dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract -date sweetened chocolate chips (as much as ya feel like!)
