I (still feel like it was a) dream 🎥🤍🎬 I am so thrilled to share that my film Circling Back earned me the awards for best editing & the best new filmmaker award for achievement in filmmaking and directing at the 19th annual I Dream In Widescreen, this past weekend. To my family, friends, my boyfriend and so many mentors, thank you for being the best support system anyone could ask for. None of this would be possible without them. Thank you of course to @filmtucson & @adobe for their generous prizes in recognition of student work, it is such an honor. I’ll wrap up this sappy post with a quote from one of my favorite musicals, “life is not the things that you do, it’s who you’re doing them with,” @maxinestills @tatumsailors @adibeckm and the rest of my beautiful cast and crew it has been the joy of a life time working on this film with you and I want to thank you once again for making this film everything it is.
