The first part of the culinary series, within the scope of the “7 Regions 7 Cuisines”project, to promote Turkish cuisine in Hungary, has been launched in Budapest, with a special dinner held at the Matild Palace, hosted by H.E. Ms. Gülşen Karanis Ekşioğlu, Ambassador of Türkiye to Hungary. In the first event of the series, where different chefs from Türkiye will attend as guest chefs every month, famous chef Çiğdem Seferoğlu presented a special menu prepared with flavors unique to the Southeastern Anatolia Region to the guests hosted at Matild Palace. 80 people including high-level bureaucrats, foreign ambassadors, Turkish and Hungarian business people and members of the press attended this special event. 🧿✨
