Today our Youth Advisory Board took over the UNICEF UK Boardroom and our social channels to show us how they’d like us to work for children and young people. Four members; Sam, Lauren, Jamie and Arthur met with our Executive Team to discuss upcoming priorities for UNICEF UK; including how we make sure children are heard during the next General Election, and the way we tell children's stories. Then they kicked the Execs out so they could get down to business making sure youth voices are heard at every level! When they returned the Boardroom to our Executives, they gave our Executive Director detailed recommendations that will now be taken forward and influence the core elements of how we work.
