I am SO PROUD OF THIS RECIPE, YALL 🍨 it is SO CHOCOLATEY despite having NO CHOCOLATE IN IT!! It was around 1.75 cups powdered linden, 2.5 cups sugar, hefty pinch of salt, 4 cups soy milk, 5tbs starch mixed with 1/4cup water for the slurry! Simmered until thiccccc, cooled, and then thrown into the ice cream churn!
