We are excited to introduce, for those that don’t already know him, Tom Fraser. Scott’s Richmond’s new Head Chef, he has always loved cooking seafood and it’s where his passion lies.
Having started at Scott’s Mount Street in 2008 as chef de partie, he had worked his way to senior sous chef.
When we asked him what he is most excited about: “Bringing some of the best fish and shellfish the UK has to offer to Richmond, and allowing people to enjoy some of the fantastic new dishes myself and the team have been working on.”
