We are excited to introduce, for those that don’t already know him, Tom Fraser. Scott’s Richmond’s new Head Chef, he has always loved cooking seafood and it’s where his passion lies. Having started at Scott’s Mount Street in 2008 as chef de partie, he had worked his way to senior sous chef.
